New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to nine of Bath and North East Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to four restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: One at 1 John Street, City Centre, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset; rated on December 10

• Rated 5: Society Cafe at Society Café, 19 High Street, City Centre, Bath; rated on November 24

• Rated 5: Society Cafe at 5 Kingsmead Square, City Centre, Bath; rated on November 24

• Rated 5: The Cedar Tree Community Cafe at Christ Church, Julian Road, Lansdown, Bath; rated on November 21

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: The Bell Inn (Bath) Ltd at The Bell, 103 Walcot Street, Bath; rated on November 27

• Rated 5: The Chequers at 50 Rivers Street, City Centre, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset; rated on November 25
