New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to nine of North Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to four restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: SJ's Pantry at Strawberry Gardens, 18 Moorhen Road, Yatton; rated on November 20

• Rated 5: Tortilla at Bristol International Airport, North Side Road, Felton, Bristol; rated on November 17

• Rated 5: Backwell Grill House at 42 Rodney Road, Backwell, Bristol North Somerset; rated on November 16

• Rated 5: Sunrise Cafe at 48 High Street, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset; rated on November 14

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: QEH Sports Club at Q E H Sports Club, Clevedon Road, Failand, Bristol; rated on November 20

• Rated 5: Aspire Lounge @ Bristol Airport at Swissport M17 Terminal Building Bristol International Airport, North Side Road, Felton, Bristol; rated on November 17
