Budding musical stars from the area are being encouraged to try to win a place on the television series, The Voice.

Auditions for the popular ITV show are taking place at The Bath Studio School on Thursday, April 19th and young people from other schools are invited to participate.

Anyone in Years 10, 11, 12 and 13 are welcome, but they need to register in advance. You must be sixteen years of age by 1st October 2019.

Sam Dare, Creative Director at The Bath Studio School, said: “We would love solo artists, duos and trios from local schools to join us for auditions. If you think you have what it takes to make the judges’ chairs spin, get in touch.

“We are extremely excited to see the plethora of talent that the area has to offer. Opportunities such as this provide a platform to let students’ creativity shine!”
