Seven-year-old Midsomer Norton boy, Henry, who has Cerebral Palsy, has recently undergone an operation at the Portland Hospital in London to help enable him to walk.

Since his operation, Henry has been working hard in his physiotherapy rehabilitation sessions to make sure that he is getting the best outcome from his surgery.

Henry’s mum, Lara, took to Facebook, saying: “Without our fundraising, we wouldn’t be able to give Henry vital sessions to improve his muscles and movement.

“We still need to continue our fundraising to cover the next two to three years of rehabilitation for Henry.”

This week, she appealed to the Helping Henry Facebook page, saying: “We need your help!

Our annual Christmas raffle is starting to get organised, I am hoping to have tickets available to buy from early November and prize draw will take place mid-December.

“So if you know of a business who may be able to help provide a raffle prize, please message me on Helping Henry’s Facebook page or via email:

“I know times are hard, but any support will be greatly received and give Henry his best chance to be more mobile and independent.”
