Kate Middleton was spotted in Bath yesterday (Tuesday, 16th May) as she paid a visit to Bath-based charity, the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust.
As part of Mental Health Awareness Week, the Princess of Wales joined Dame Kelly Holmes at Percy Community Centre in Bath. During her visit, Kate met some of the young people taking part in the Trust's programmes.
Her Royal Highness listened to stories from young people, learning about their personal experiences with mental health and challenges they have faced.
The Dame Kelly Holmes Trust was set up by double Olympic champion Dame Kelly Holmes. The charity supports retired athletes as they transition from sport, using their skills to mentor disadvantaged young people with their confidence and self-belief.
The Trust's ten year mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of ten thousand young people across the UK who are facing challenges in their lives. The Trust supports young people between the ages of 14 and 25.
