LOCAL residents Residents in Peasedown, Wellow, and Shoscombe are being invited to a free buffet and discussion on wind and solar power.

The evening of food and discussion on Wednesday (February 25) in The Hive, Peasedown St John, will explore community-owned energy for the area.

The ‘Community Energy Forum and Buffet’ will take place from 6 pm to 8.30 pm and spaces are already booking up fast online.

The forum builds on a successful similar event held last year and will include experts on hand to answer questions and support the discussion.

Residents will be asked to weigh up options, share their views, and take part in a simple vote to help identify which potential locations should go forward for review.
