Mendip's motorists will have a road closure to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

Mendip road closures: one for motorists to avoid over the next fortnightAnd it is expected to cause delays of between 10 minutes and half an hour.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure is due to start over the next two weeks:
• A36, from 8pm March 20 to 6am March 21, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A36 both directions Warminster Road roundabout to Beckington Services roundabout (A361) carriageway closures for resurfacing, northbound, diversion from Bath Road roundabout Warminster, A350, A363 Westbury Road, Southwick Road, Wynsome Street and A361. Reverse for southbound.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
