Age UK B&NES, in partnership with Somer Valley Rotary Club, have opened a pop up shop in Midsomer Norton.
The shop at 89 High Street, opposite M&Co, will be open every Saturday in November and then Fridays and Saturdays in December, selling second-hand items including clothes, toys, books and bric-a-brac. Money raised will be split between Age UK B&NES, for its work to support local older people, and the Rotary Club. The two charities are asking local people to donate items to sell in the shop, though they are not taking electrical items at this time.
