Less than three in five A&E arrivals at Royal United Hospitals Bath seen within four hoursBristol Inn (The), a pub, bar or nightclub at Chapel Hill, Clevedon, North Somerset was given the score after assessment on October 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 206 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 140 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
