The Norton Hill School Equestrian team did Norton Hill proud at Addington over the weekend of 20th and 21st October.
Pupil Gemma Gurvidi finished Reserve Champion in the individual elementary dressage competition, Jordan Phelps made it to the last eight in the individual 75cm show jumping and did an incredible last round against the clock, finishing with just one pole down and ending up seventh overall.
Gemma, Jordan, Yasmin Phillips and Billie Lockyear all performed brilliantly in the novice show jumping, missing out narrowly on a top eight place, Gemma with an amazing double clear.
Gemma, Yasmin, Jordan and Kayla again all rode well in the final of the jumping with style, finishing outside the top eight. Kayla finished in a very credible tenth place individually.
The dressage team, Yasmin, Gemma, Kayla and Hannah Francis, performed exceptionally and were rewarded with first place, making them the 2012 NSEA Champions!
