It was a cold afternoon, we really didn’t want to go out but made our way to Beacon Hall for our party and we were received with a warm welcome.
Our thanks to all the Councillors and helpers. The tea was delicious, starting with sandwiches and followed by no end of different nibbles.
What’s even better, we were offered a sherry or wine on arrival!
We followed singing Christmas songs and carols, it was a most enjoyable afternoon for all who attended.
They never forgot us during the Covid years and we all received a hamper.
