A planning application for a further 74 homes has been submitted to B&NES Council for land on the former Paulton Purnell Print Factory site, even though it already has 450 new homes.

The plans include 24 two bedroom flats, 12 two bedroom houses, 20 three bedroom houses and 18 four bedroom houses.

Many villagers have raised concerns about the negative impact further housing will have on Paulton’s infrastructure, especially with doctors, school places and the road network.
