PLEASE NOTE THE DATE OF THE EXHIBITION HAS CHANGED since we went to press - from 12th July to TUESDAY 26TH JULYMembers of the public are being invited to an information event being held next month to view plans for a housing scheme at Greenlands Road, Peasedown St John, which has so far been unpopular with local residents and Councillors. The site was won at appeal by a previous developer and later sold to Curo.

Curo had already submitted plans to B&NES Council for the site, but withdrew them in April. It will re-present its Reserved Matters Planning Application to residents at a consultation event held at the Beacon Hall, French Close, Peasedown St John, between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Tuesday, 26th July.

The scheme for 89 homes on land off Greenlands Road is due to go to B&NES in July. It was granted Outline Planning Permission in June 2014 and will include 31 affordable homes.

Representatives from Curo will be on hand at the event to answer questions and discuss the application.
