On Saturday, 29th January Cllr Eleanor Jackson will hold a surgery from 10 am – 12 noon at Radstock Methodist Church. The Methodist Church is closing for worship on 30th January, so this may also be the last time for residents to look at this beautiful Victorian building (planning consent 1893) built as a ‘central hall’ for the Wesleyan Society which first built a central church in 1810.

It is not clear yet what alternative arrangements will be made for community activities.

Do come and discuss this and other burning issues like the B&NES budget proposals, which involved parking charges in the car parks in Church Street (behind the library) and Waterloo Road, to the great detriment of the businesses, Radstock Museum, Hope House

Surgery and the churches in the centre of Radstock. You are welcome also to bring an individual problem. The Methodist coffee bar cake is very good too!

No appointment necessary.
