The Bath Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate, Jay Risbridger, has withdrawn from the contest to be Bath’s MP in June’s General Election.

He was chosen as the candidate last year. The party have said he has stepped down due to personal reasons. His replacement will be chosen soon, as will the candidate for the North East Somerset seat.

The General Election is to be held on 8th June and was called last week.
