Wera Hobhouse has been named Bath’s Liberal Democrat candidate in the upcoming General Election.

She is replacing Jay Risbridger, who withdrew from the position due to the timing of the General Election.

Wera previously stood as PPC for North East Somerset in the previous General Election.

So far, the Green Party is the only other party to announce a candidate for the Bath seat with Eleanor Fields. Current MP, Conservative Ben Howlett, will be running again.
