1st Radstock Scout Group have had their project to install a shower and an accessible toilet for use by disabled people approved by the Aviva Community Fund.

The Scouts are asking local residents to cast up to ten votes online so that the Scouts qualify for a grant.

The vote costs nothing, and everyone in the community can help Scouting in this way.

Janet Turner, Group Scout Leader, said: “We are a dedicated team of unpaid volunteers who run Scouting for the benefit of young people in and around Radstock. Scouting has been active in the area for over 100 years. Please help us to obtain funds to provide these additional facilities.”

Voting closes on Tuesday, 21st November.
