Drivers in and around Bath and North East Somerset will have four National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• A36, from 11.17am November 26 to 5pm December 2, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A36 both directions Bathwick to Bathampton - two-way traffic lights installed by Wales and West Utilities for emergency gas works.
And a further three closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• A4, from 11pm December 1 to 5am December 2, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): A46 both directions Cold Ashton roundabout to London Road roundabout carriageway closure for construction improvement/upgrade works, diversion via - A420 eastbound, A350 southbound, A4 westbound to rejoin A46 at Batheaston roundabout.
• A36, from 9.30am to 3.30pm on December 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A36 both directions Monkton Combe - two-way traffic lights installed by Scottish and Southern Electricity for cabling works.
• A4, from 8pm December 12 to 6am December 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A4 both directions Box Road to London Road roundabout, lane closure for surveys.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
