Last week you may have been stuck in a huge queue of traffic following a tank. Or a double decker bus. Or a fleet of minis! Yes, it's that time again, as the class of 2013 bid farewell to the books (some only for the summer, some forever), as pupils locally celebrated the end of exam season.
