Figures released by B&NES Council reveal that 32 new lettings have been completed in this financial year.

A report on commercial property going before the Council’s corporate PDS panel on April 21st states that the lettings will generate more than £1m in new rentals for the financial years covering 2021/22 and 2022/23.
