Somer Valley Foodbank has released its list of requirements for July 2024. The items below are in priority order of need.

Food items:

  • Milk powder
  • Puddings (sponges, jellies etc.)
  • Tinned pulses (e.g. kidney beans, chickpeas, butter beans, lentils)
  • Coffee
  • Meat soup (tinned)
  • Veg soup (tinned)
  • Rice packets
  • Tea bags
  • Corned beef (tinned)
  • Meat pies (tinned)
  • Fruit (tinned)

Non-food items:

  • Toilet cleaner (no bleach)
  • Shower gel
  • Shampoo
  • Conditioner

Somer Valley Foodbank asks that donors choose listed items first. Cash donations cannot be accepted.

Drop-off points:

  • All churches, Sunday morning
  • The Hive, Peasedown, weekdays 9am – 4pm
  • Salvation Army Hall, Midsomer Norton, Mondays 10 – 11am
  • St Nicholas Church Centre Radstock, weekdays 9 – 3pm
