Rainstorms didn’t stop hundreds enjoying the delights of Round-about Radstock last Saturday, 20th May.

The free, one-day Community Arts Festival created and co-curated by DNA arts, alongside the community, celebrated its third year with a jam-packed day of entertainment, arts and music workshops, performance, live music, street theatre, art exhibition, food and a pop-up mini-market.

One mother said: “It’s fantastic to have events like this in the town centre, I’ve had a great time completing the trail with my kids – they’ve loved it – we’ll be back next year!”

DNA arts would like to thank their funders, Bath and North East Somerset Council, Radstock Town Council and Radstock and Westfield Big Local.

The artists, musicians and community groups; Swallow Charity, Acoustic Sessions, Musicians South West, Confessions of the Youth Theatre, Mendip Trio, Action on Hearing Loss, Bath Festivals Young Producers, Creativity Works, the fantastic stallholders who brought their wares to the pop-up mini-market and to all of the brilliant volunteers who helped make this glorious community event happen.
