A WATER main bursting caused a key road for those travelling to their place of work to become flooded.
The incident took place in the early hours of Tuesday June 24, which caused the Keynsham bypass between Hicks Gate and Broadmead roundabouts to close.
At the time, Avon and Somerset Police said they had closed the road, although it was eventually reopened at around midday on the same day.
A spokesperson for Bristol Water said: “We’re working to repair the burst in Keynsham as quickly as possible. No customers are currently without water but some may experience low pressure. We’ll continue to provide updates on our website as the works progress.”
