The Radstock Co-Operative premises, on Frome Road, is set to be sold via online auction in April. 

The property, which has housed the Co-Op since 2020, is a freehold commercial investment which spans more than 3,500 square feet. 

The shop premises includes a large shop floor, a staff room, a bakery area, a plant room, an office, a staff WC, a store room and a Post Office area.

There is also a delivery bay to the rear of the property, as well as seven short-stay visitor parking spaces. 

The sale is subject to the existing tenancy agreement with the Radstock Co-Op, which lasts for five years from August 2020. 

The premises is currently bringing in a rent of £50,000 per annum. 

The property is being sold by Bristol estate agents Hollis Morgan for a guide price of £500,000.

The purchaser will also be subject to a £1,200 buyer’s premium, a percentage of which will be donated to Hollis Morgan’s charity of the year, which in 2023 is Spear Bristol, an organisation that supports young adults struggling to find employment.

 The auction will be held on April 19 2023, with interested parties needing to be registered by April 17.
