Upstairs, there is a living area offering flexible accommodation made up of two double bedrooms, a single room, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom. 

Outside, there is a customer car park and a lawned garden with seating for 60, plus a patio area to the front with a shelter that can seat 40 people.

The White Post is held on a renewed full repairing lease from Wellington Pub Company, for a term of 25 years commencing January 2018. 

The property is being sold leasehold by estate agent Barons Property Centre for a guide price of £55,000, with yearly rent of £32,000 + VAT.

The site behind the pub has recently been the subject of discussion, with proposed plans to build 270 homes on the “White Post site”.
