Even on a wet, cold Monday evening, members of Fosseway Bowls club turned out for a board games evening.
After a supper cooked by resident chef, Celia, we all split up and played games. Some played cribbage and others played Rummikub. Thanks must go to Celia for the supper and Ray for keeping us well-supplied with drinks.
Not too much going on at the moment, but your help would be appreciated on Saturday, 24th March and Saturday, 7th April to help get the club ready for the coming season.
A lot of the members have already been to the club and helped, but there are still some jobs which are needed to be done before Open Day. So if you can spare any time on either or both of these two dates, Bob would be very grateful. You can contact Bob and see if there is anything you can help with or turn up on one or both of these dates.
Don’t forget the Spring Meeting on Tuesday, 3rd April at 7 p.m. New members are more than welcome.
