This week, Prattens Ladies were at home to local rivals Fosseway in a friendly. Prattens won on one rink, skipped by Margaret Harvey, but lost on the other two rinks and lost overall by four shots.
There were two mixed friendly games this week, both Away, to Trowbridge and Frome Park.
At Trowbridge, Prattens won on three rinks but lost on one, and the differential was such that Prattens lost overall by 58 shots to 68. The highest scoring rinks were those of John Price and Malcolm Moon.
At Frome Park, Prattens lost on three rinks and won on one, but lost overall by 65 shots to 81. The winning rink was that of Roy Harvey.
In the coming week, Prattens Men have their first Somerset County League game at Home to Frome Selwood, and Prattens Ladies have their first Wild League game Away to Paulton.
