It has once again been a busy week for Prattens Bowls Club. The Ladies won in the Southey Cup on Sunday against Alexandra Park by 73–49.

They will be playing away at Chew Stoke in the next round. They also won mid-week at Norwest by 52–33 winning on two rinks and drawing on the other.

Men’s team results for this week are not as good as the Ladies. At home to Frome Selwood, we lost on two rinks but we won on one, gaining two points. However, away to Knowle on Saturday we lost on all rinks, but in a very close game as the score was

54–44.

On Friday we played in the MMSL against Frome Park and lost on two rinks and won on one rink, gaining two points. Before the game we got to thank our sponsors for providing our bowling club with new club shirts. As you can see, the property agent, Sam Chivers estate agents are pleased to support our club.
