Farrington Park Seniors: Bank Holidays are a bit like buses really aren’t they? You don’t see any for ages then two come along one after another!

With the King’s Coronation on 8th May it will be a few years before we have three bank holidays in the month again. Enjoy all of them and with fingers and legs crossed we might have some decent weather.

Twenty teams of three players lined up for a Senior Multiplier played from the green tees.

Considering the bleak pictures on the weather map it wasn’t too bad out there and the course has stood up well to the battering it has had over the last three months or so.

And finally, Don ‘Perignon’ Perry had his first ever hole in one on the difficult par three 15th hole. Well done Don we’ll all drink to that!
