Frome College student, Charlotte Buxton, has signed her first professional contract with Yeovil Town Football Club, playing as a midfielder in the FA Women’s Super League.
Charlotte took BTEC Sport and Photography A Level at Frome College, and gained a double Distinction in her BTEC Sport. She attended Yeovil Town by invitation from their new Head Coach, where, along with a private sponsor, she was offered a twelve-month contract to play for the First Team.
In the Super League, the team will be in the top tier, playing against renowned clubs such as Arsenal and Manchester City. Frome College would like to wish Charlotte continued success for the future.
