Midsomer Norton Football Club is looking for new players for their Under-7 team for the 2017/18 season. Free coaching sessions are being held at the astro pitch beside Midsomer Norton swimming pool from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. on Saturday mornings until 1st April 2017.
These session are for children in Reception and School Year One and players should wear appropriate clothing for the outdoor weather and trainers. Wear shin pads if you have them, and bring along a drink.
The club is an FA Charter Standard club, meaning all coaches are FA qualified and have in-date CRC, Safeguarding Children and First Aid qualifications. The new team will also require a Manager/Coach, so if any of the parents are interested, we will pay for your CRC before you get involved with the coaching and also your FA coaching qualifications.
