Paulton Rovers have been drawn at home to Vanarama National League side Sutton United, in the fourth Qualifying Round of the FA Cup.
Sutton are currently third in the Conference Premier division, and are one of the highest-ranked teams that Paulton could draw at this stage of the competition.
Sutton rose to prominence last season after an FA Cup run that included victories over Cheltenham, Wimbledon and Leeds, before finally succumbing at home to Arsenal in a match that has become synonymous with the ‘Piegate’ betting scandal.
Managed by former Eastleigh boss Paul Doswell, Sutton are endowed with a number of football league players, whilst coach Ian Baird was a prolific scorer at several clubs, including Bristol City.
The match takes place at Winterfield Road on Saturday, 14th October. Kick-off is 3 p.m.
