Paulton Rovers Sunday XI won 1–0 at home to Walcot Wanderers on Tuesday night (19th April), to move to the top of Bath Sunday Division Three.

They dominated the first half and should have gone into the break with a handy lead but missed quite a few chances.

With the visitors putting on a determined display and creating quite a few chances of their own, the vital goal came after 65 minutes.

Josh Johnson played a long ball behind the Walcot defence for right back and Player/Manager, Pete James, to race on to cut inside and hit a firm, low drive across the goal and into the net.
