WELLS City A moved up to second in the Premier Division of the Mid-Somerset Football League with a 3-0 home win over Evercreech Rovers yesterday (Sat).

It was the only match played in the league because of the atrocious weather.

Coleford Athletic remain top of the Premier Division with a 100 per cent record after six matches. They have a seven-point lead over Wells with both teams having played the same number of games.
