Alan White continued his successful season in the Seniors section of Fosseway Golf Club with a convincing victory in the John Appleton Trophy event.
The competition for those over seventy five saw him win with a Stableford score of 39 points. Three points behind came Frank Reeves and Gerry Rowell with Reeves claiming second place on count back.
The Winter foursomes for the Roger Tabb Cup saw success for Seniors secretary Alan Jones and his partner George Thurston who came in with a nett score of 63.
Richard Dancey and Malcolm Tucker came second with a nett score of 65 with Competition Secretary Chris Appleton and Pat Cray third with a nett 66.
