Allen Cheney and Arthur Bellinger produced an impressive round of golf together to win the 'Bill Lester Texas Scramble' in the Seniors Golf section at Fosseway Golf Club.
Their nett total of 47 was enough to give them a one shot victory ahead of Phil Moody and John Appleton, the latter once again having to settle for second place. John Bendle and Geoff Broadway were third, with a nett total of 50.
This Thursday (6th March), the Colin Eaton three club competition is due to take place.
