The end of season Seniors’ Dinner and Presentation evening was attended by seventy seniors and guests.

The Seniors’ Championship trophy was won by Glen Crocker. The Jones Cup, a singles knock-out cup, was bagged by Peter Leverick and the President’s Cup, doubles knock-out cup, went to Tony Blunden and Ron Johnson. At the event, Peter Leverick went home smiling from ear to ear with three trophies in his arms.

The Ladies Interclub League Team were celebrating their successful season. After a careful start to the season, they fought hard in the last two matches, gaining ten points out of a possible fourteen, to come top of the League and have earned promotion to Division Two.
