An amazing 24 juniors played on Sunday in tough conditions in the 9-hole Manor Championship.

Farrington Park Seniors

On a fine September morning the senior men of Farrington Park set out on their quest for glory. Naturally the winners were not disappointed. A qualifying Stableford off the green tees provided some excellent scoring, with new member Colin Glibbery top scoring with an impressive 42 points.

Division One: Terry Stacey 41 points, Steve Ball 39, Rob Chappell 37, Phil Thompson 37, Steve Symonds 35.

Division Two: Alan Taylor 39, Ray Guthrie 38, Bill Waddington 37, Bev Woodland 37, David Brown 36.
