The first game of a New Year is always something to look forward to after a Christmas break for the Farrington Park Seniors.
However, over-indulgence on the turkey and Christmas pudding made those new golf trousers just a tad too snug! Full of hope and expectation for the coming season, a Bowmaker was held with the best two scores to count. The usual suspects were in the winnings yet again – how do they cope with disappointment following the January handicap review? Answers on a postcard!

Men
The Saturday Stableford was played on 31st December. In Division One, Cam Goudie with an excellent 44 points took top prize, with John Russell in second, on 41 points, and Ian Allwood third, on 38 points.
