Quite a few of us dislike broccoli, cabbage and green beans, but have you tried the greens at Farrington Park? They are to die for!
You cannot believe that it is February and the greens are in such fantastic condition. They are a delight to putt on.
Bearing in mind the horrendous weather conditions over the last three months, the golf course is in unbelievable condition. Well done to Andy and his merry men.
The in-form players continue to impress with their consistency, which bodes well for the coming season of qualifiers, cup games and friendly matches. Messrs Harvey, Hobbs and Baker are regular occupiers of the winners’ enclosure. Well done to you all.

Nearest the Pins on 8th was Steve Brixey, 14th went to Phil Thompson and 15th was Bob Baker.
There were thirteen, twos pot winners, with Bob Baker bagging a brace as well as winning Division Two. Securicor were called to provide a secure vehicle to transport him home!
