This annual event was held over the 15 holes that were open as a

result of several days of heavy rain.

76 brave souls with handicaps ranging from 4 to 36 endured mucky conditions on Saturday morning with the scoring being of the

highest order considering the weather.

The divisional placings were as follows; Division 1: First - Nigel Pring 34 points, Second - Martin Barnes 34 points c/b, Third - Bryan Ashton 34 points c/b. Division 2: First - Colin Mantle 36 points, Second - Paul Cullen 35 points, Third - David Cunningham 34 points. Division 3: First - William Marcham 36 points, second - Jon Mackness 33 points and third - William Holland, 32 points.
