Minstrels’ Netball team took a slight lead in the first quarter and then took it the whole way. Winning the first quarter, 10–8, gave Minstrels the confidence to put maximum effort in and take the win all the way.

The defensive unit of Tash Moss (WD), Emma Dury (GD) and Laura Snook (GK), were constantly shutting down the feeds from Mars into the shooting circle. Going into the

second quarter, Minstrels found their feet and began to build the gap between the teams, this quarter ended 22–16, with Lily Burgess (GA) and Katie A-C (GS), working together,

constantly converting the turnovers with a slight change in the mid-court of Emma Weskin (WD), and Tash moving to WA, saw a lot of momentum and speed bringing the ball up the court.

With Macey Newman (GA) coming back on in the third quarter, we carried on with bringing the ball through court.

Unfortunately, Minstrels lost Charis S-P (C), early in the third quarter, but Minstrels kept going and ended the third quarter 33–22.

Minstrels were beginning to tire, but wanted to ensure that the win was firmly in their hands.

The final quarter saw some incredible shooting and movement of the ball down the court and Minstrels finished with a thirteen goal lead.

An excellent game of netball for Minstrels, carrying on the momentum which has been built throughout the season. Player of the Match was Emma Dury.
