You doubtless know of Mothers’ Day and Fathers’ Day, but did you know that 4th June is National Croquet Day? To celebrate the game of croquet on this day, the Camerton and Peasedown Croquet Club is holding a Family Fun Day.
There will be croquet-related games and competitions, many with prizes, giving fun for all ages, and members of the family. Why not bring them all along? They will be able to meet our two flamboyant flamingos! Our friendly coaches and members will also be more than happy to introduce you to the fascinating sport of croquet.
So join us on Sunday, 4th June from 2 p.m. Entry is free and all are welcome, including accompanied children, with or without funny slippers. Afternoon tea and cake will be available. The club’s lawns are situated within the Peasedown Cricket Club grounds, off Whitebrook Lane, BA2 8LD.
