Well, here we go – the start of another season! The green will open on April 8th, hopefully – weather permitting. The ladies are planning to have roll-ups on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, just to get their eye in for a busy season ahead. I expect there will be tea and biscuits as well!
The last Sunday lunch of the winter break will be this Sunday, 7th April, when I'm sure Anne Woodham will pull out all the stops and produce her usual excellent meal. Thank you, Anne, for all your hard work over the winter, it is really appreciated.
Our 'Give it a Go' day will be held on Sunday, 14th April at 2 p.m., watch this space, more information next week!
