UNIVERSITY OF BATH 41 MIDSOMER NORTON 29
Midsomer Norton visited The Rec for the Bath Combination Cup Final last Thursday night.
It was an excellent game of Rugby, with Norton’s players giving everything but coming up against a strong, fast team of runners. Norton were excellent in the tight and scored a couple of good tries out wide. However, the game was mainly a battle of two different styles, with Norton’s forwards driving through and Bath Uni running every opportunity they had.
Bath fully deserved their victory, and Norton now look forward to the last game of the season in the play-off for promotion this Saturday, 27th April at Norton Down; kick-off 3 p.m.
