Ninety seven players competed in the Pro Shop Stableford at Mendip Golf Club. The winner after countback, with forty points, was Craig Sharp. Brad Pike came second, and Lee Sparkes with thirty nine was third after countback.

Nearest the Pin went to Andy Griffiths with John Ellis second and Tony Scott third.

Thirty seven ladies played in the nine hole qualifier which saw a win in Division One for Jan Fukuyama with eighteen points after countback. Jenny Merrett came third with sixteen.

Division Two went to Lilian Peel with nineteen after countback with Carol Curtis third with sixteen after countback. Division Three saw a great score of twenty three points from Annette Jobbins, a relative newcomer to golf. Well done Annette. In second place came Anne Collins with seventeen and Pauline Williams was third with sixteen.

The Seniors held a stableford qualifying event that took place on a bitterly cold day but nevertheless saw 109 entrants. Winning Division One with forty points was a resurgent Chris Bryant after countback. Divison Two went to Philip Bissett with forty points, John Scott was second with thirty nine after countback from Kelvin Lum.
