Midsomer Norton Primary School football team came fourth in the ESFA County Finals in Bridgwater.
The team won their group, winning four games and drawing one, but lost in the semi-finals, 2–0, to the eventual winners.
The school are very proud of the squad for finishing in the top four teams in Somerset – a great achievement!
The school is also doing well in athletics, coming third in the Sportshall Athletic County Finals at UWE, in Bristol, out of 120 schools. Events included many track events, plus field events, such as triple jump, long jump and speed bounce. Staff are very proud of the school for finishing in the top three schools in the west of England and for their team spirit and sportsmanship.
