CHEW Valley RFC had its first U12's girls rugby game in March; Chew Valley Girls vs Harlequins U12's Girls.

A spokesperson for Chew Valley RFC, said: “This is the first time we have had a U12s match and it was a special occasion. A massive thank you to Bristol Harlequins RFC Girls for a brilliant game and for being part of such a special occasion.

“The girls were backed by an incredible crowd and the Valley Cats, creating a fantastic atmosphere on the night.

“The Chew Valley Cats continue to show how important it is to support and inspire the next generation, and it’s amazing to see that connection growing.

“This is just the beginning for the girls development at Chew Valley RFC.”
