Two of Bath’s popular choirs will join forces in a free admission Christmas concert this Saturday, 19th December. The Bath Good Afternoon Choir and the Bath Welcome Choir are both conducted by Bath’s music man, Grenville Jones.

The concert takes place at St Michael’s Church in the centre of Bath, doors open at 7 p.m., with the concert starting at 7.30 p.m.

This is the third concert of 2015 organised by Grenville to support The Teacup Appeal at Threeways School. The appeal supports a new workskills centre, which will offer a stimulating environment for pupils with learning difficulties and disabilities.

Said Grenville: “Both choirs will perform popular songs from their repertoires and there will, of course, be many Christmas items with the opportunity for everyone attending to join in!

“Everyone is welcome at this free admission concert, but early arrival for 7 p.m. doors opening is advised.”
