After a break for the summer, the Tabor Ringers are back to rehearsals. However, the first week back was a social with afternoon tea. Leader Ms Angie Poole knew it would be quite useless to try and make members work, as they had not seen each other for several weeks and were more interested in chatting than rehearsing.

The AGM is scheduled for the following week, when future events and engagements will be planned.

Everyone is welcome to join our church services, held fortnightly, or other events, details of which can be found on the noticeboard outside our church in North Road, Timsbury.

It was our pleasure to welcome Tricia Mugridge to lead our worship on Sunday, September 7.

On Sunday, September 14, there will be no morning service, but we are looking forward to Songs of Praise, which will be led by our Minister, Rev Andrew Prout, commencing at 6pm.

On Wednesday we are open for coffee, tea and biscuits from 10.30am for an hour.

On Sunday, September 21, we return to morning worship, which will be led by Lois Emm, commencing at 10.30am.

Everyone is welcome at any of our events, and you can be assured of a warm welcome. Hope to see you soon.

The morning worship on Sunday, September 7, was led by Helen Cain. The readings were taken from the New Testament books of Matthew and Thessalonians.

Our usual sessions take place during the week.

On Saturday, September 20, we will be serving Afternoon Teas from 2pm to 5pm, raising funds for SWALLOW, who support teenagers and adults with learning difficulties to lead independent lives. Takeaways will also be available.

On Sunday, September 21, morning worship at 10.30am will be led by Rev David Winstanley and will include Holy Communion. All are welcome.
